It is with a very heavy heart that I write to you regarding the death of WHS 1961 Alumni and my wife.. Michele (Calo) Wilkins.
Michele passed away this morning, August 19, 2022 at Chesterwood Village, under the compassionate care of Hospice of SW Ohio.
With the complications of Parkinsonism, and other maladies, the last 6-8 weeks have been an endurance test for both of us.
Michele loved being involved in Reunion(s) planning, and relished in the gatherings of friendship and renewal that took place.
Although she was a "short termer" (both in height and time at WHS), I will always be grateful that our "acquaintanship" from the
50th Birthday Party turned into a long-term friendship and marriage spanning nearly 30 years.. all because of WHS ties..
