Comments:

I attended the University of Cincinnati after graduation and got my teaching degree. I taught high school math from 1965-2003. Since then I have been an adjunct teaching math in various colleges in the area. I used to do a lot of traveling in the summer and have been to nearly every state except for Alaska. I have never traveled abroad. I enjoy fishing, playing poker, playing table tennis, watching tv, going to movies, and eating out.

Not much to report since the last time I posted. I am still teaching math part time at a few local colleges. My granddaughter is nearly three and getting into all kinds of things around the house. I was hoping for another mild winter as I do a lot of walking, but I don't think that is going to be the case. Hope everyone is doing well and have a good year!!

Since the last time I posted I am still teaching part time at a few colleges. Trying to play a little ping pong in the basement with friends as have not played in tournaments for quite some time. Am spending a lot of time watching several tv shows in the evenings and go to movies whenever I can although it seems nine times out of ten I wind up not liking the movie. Just saw Oblivion with Tom Cruise and it was one of the most convoluted mess of a movie I have ever had the misfortune of attending. If anyone saw it and understands what happened, I would be curious for them to let me know. Once again, I hope everyone is doing well and have a good rest of the year.

School Story:

Don't really have much of a funny school story. I was always introverted and pretty much kept to my very small circle of friends. I am pretty sure I would have been voted the least known student in our class in the Senior Superlatives but not enough people would have known me to vote for me. (:

Hi Connie. I don't think the schools give the students the day off for opening day but many schools in Cincinnati are on spring break. I loved baseball in the 70's with Marty and Joe on the radio. The two world series they won in 75 and 76 were really exciting. I pretty much lost interest tho in 94 when the strike stopped the season in August.

On politics I was really disappointed when Trump did not veto that terrible spending bill but it does show how much he cares about the safety of the country. And now I hear he may get the last laugh over crying Chuck and crumbs Pelosi as he may be able to call a national emergency bc of all the drugs etc coming from Mexico and use the money he needs for the wall from the 700 billion that was advocated to the military! :) Hope all is well with you and your family and Happy Easter.

Connie, I always watch all three on Saturday night as well. Waters, Judge, and Greg Gutfield. If u have never seen Greg u ought to try him as he is very clever and sarcastic which I love. Judge reminds me of Rush--they both have a lot of good things to say but really come across as tho they r the king and queen of politics in my opinion. However, I will continue listening to them. Yes, Golf Manor has really changed. Glad u enjoyed ur outing. Take care.

Connie, Hopefully you will not see this comment three times as I have tried to post it twice so here goes again. Fox is the only channel I watch and I watch all of the evening shows. Yes, this is about the only way to know all the great things he is accomplishing. I am very happy as well that he won!! I hope you have a nice weekend.

Connie, I think the store was on the Woodward end but more in the Reading Road/Seymour corner. I am a new comer to politics and have only followed the last couple of years. Trump says a lot of things that would be better not said but I think he really does want to make things better and has done many things already along these lines. However, most of the media and the tv stations pretty much ignore these things so a lot of the public are not aware of them. To me what counts is what he does --not what he says.
