LEVY, Phyllis Ann (nee Wilner), age 81, passed away November 8, 2024, beloved wife of Jerry J. Levy, loving mother of Audra Levy and Lori (Joey) Woodrum, dear sister-in-law of Barry (Patty) Levy. Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 1:00PM at Sephardic Beth Shalom Cemetery, 1619 Rosemont Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45205. Following services, there will be a gathering at The Kenwood, 5435 Kenwood Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45227. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association would be greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry to hear of Phyllis's passing. We lived one street away from each other and were friends thorughout high school. I remember how much she talked about having met the love of her life, Jerry Levy and how happy she was. So glad they were able to spend so many years together.
