Leonard O. Nipper, Jr., age 70, of Cincinnati, died Sunday, June 2, 2013 at his home. He was born January 12, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Leonard O. and Elizabeth Harp Nipper. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife Patricia Gail Wilson Nipper. children, Stephen “Andy” Nipper of Cincinnati, Amy Huppertz of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Greg Nipper of Cincinnati, and Chris (Julie) Nipper of Cincinnati; 10 grandchildren; and brother Jeffrey (Paula) Nipper of Kentucky. Visitation and funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home, Lynchburg.
