Survived By: He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margery Erhardt Feller and two sons, Eric Andrew Feller and Bradley Charles Feller and their wives Casie and Laura and two grandsons, Barrett and Barron.

Gene graduated from UC School of Business and held a Master's Degree in Finance. He entered the Air Force and was in Electronic Intelligence for the North Atlantic region, stationed in England. Returning to the US, he received a Post Graduate Degree in Banking from the University of Wisconsin. He started a Lending Department for exclusive service to high income clients to include healthcare, legal and accounting professions at First National Bank in Dallas, Texas, and was asked to initiate and develop a Professional and Executive Banking Department at Texas Commerce Bank in Dallas, Texas. He was Senior Vice President at both banks. He started Altex Mortgage Company in Austin, TX, where he was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst, Underwriter and broker.
